Lisa Mullaney joined Medguard in 2009 when it was a start-up and was appointed Managing Director in 2010. She is committed to driving the company’s commercial success while fostering operational excellence and a strong company culture.  

With extensive experience in management, Lisa has a proven track record of driving strategic growth, operational efficiency, and customer-centric solutions. Under her leadership, Medguard has thrived, maintaining its reputation for high-quality products, innovation, and exceptional service. She continues to champion sustainability and forward-thinking initiatives to meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers.

Darren joined Medguard in 2022, bringing with him over 23 years of experience managing multiple product portfolios across Fannin Healthcare, Healthcare 21, Meditec, and Iskus (Medline). He is passionate about fostering a strong company culture and recognises the critical importance of outstanding patient care, supported by exceptional customer service.

Darren’s strategic vision is to deliver continuous value across all Medguard offerings, including the development of a strong portfolio of high-quality own‑branded products. Enhancing patient care has been a guiding principle throughout Darren’s career, and the acquisition by Mediq has provided him with the platform to extend this commitment on a broader scale across Ireland.

Paul Daly joined Medguard in 2021, bringing extensive experience from the service and distribution sectors. He previously held senior financial roles with Apcoa Parking Group and served as Financial Controller at NCPS Group.

Paul leverages his strong commercial acumen and operational expertise to continuously enhance Medguard’s financial processes and IT systems, supporting the company’s organic growth and expansion strategy. His strategic mindset and hands-on approach have made him an integral member of the Medguard leadership team.
